I learned a lot from the episode: moving upmarket, understanding the relationship between positioning and pricing, and selling B2B by helping people demonstrate results at their jobs.
One memorable insight from Rob Walling:
When you talk to customers to get ideas for features, they give you table stakes. That’s not delight. How do you get the next 10 to 100% of delight? It has to come from you and your team. Most of the time, it’s innovation.
